01investor, board and sales decks
A deck that survives being read without you in the room.
Structure first, then design. We build the argument before a single slide is set, because a beautiful deck with the wrong sequence still loses the meeting.
Converted from Hong Kong dollars at indicative rates, August 2026. Work is quoted and billed in HKD.
What you get
- The argument, structured before anything is designed
- Every slide set: type, hierarchy, spacing, colour, on one system
- Original artwork and data visuals. No stock icon sets
- Native PowerPoint on your own template, plus a PDF
- A short note on what to say over each slide
- One round of revisions against your notes
What we need from you
- Whatever exists, however rough
- Brand guidelines, fonts and logo files, if there are any
- One named person who can approve the running order
Nothing needs to be tidy first. Raw material is normal and it is what we are set up for.
howthe working sequence
Three steps, and the expensive decisions all happen in the first one.
step 1 · we read everything first
Documents, the data room, the old deck, the transcript. Before we ask you for anything, we work out what we can answer ourselves.
step 2 · the running order, agreed in writing
One page: every slide, in order, with the one thing it has to do. Cheap to change here and expensive to change later.
step 3 · built, then handed over
Designed, set and delivered as files you own and can edit. Nothing is locked to us.
worksee the method on someone else’s deck
We take a public deck apart every week.
Nine questions, about ninety seconds.
You get a price range and a date at the end of it, before anyone talks to anyone.
